I’m a transformative CEO, Pastor, Nonprofit strategist, and Executive Coach, but at my core I’m a leader who believes deeply in the power of honest community. That’s why Kingdom Factor (KF) has meant so much to me. For several years, participating as a Member in a KF group has given me a circle of leaders where I can show up fully. Where I’m challenged, encouraged, prayed for, and sharpened in ways that have strengthened both my leadership and my walk with God. The space KF created for me is the same space I create for the leaders I coach: a place where you can be real, be supported, gain clarity, and grow into the fullness of who God has called you to be.

My participation as a Member in a KF Peer Group has been so valuable to me, I decided to become a trained KF Coach so that I can help many other well deserving Christian business and marketplace leaders experience the model for themselves as well.

In addition to my role as a KF Coach, I currently serve as President & CEO of Lakeside Chautauqua, leading one of the nation’s most historic community and cultural institutions. Over the past several years my group has helped me strengthen our organizational stability, expand programming, increase fundraising, and unite diverse stakeholders around a shared vision for innovation.

I’m also the Founder, and Visionary of the Sterizō Leadership Foundation, where my wife and I invest in nonprofit and ministry leaders through biblically grounded, trauma‑informed leadership formation. My passion is helping leaders grow from the inside out, integrating character, calling, emotional health, and strategic clarity.

My journey has taken me through pastoral ministry, nonprofit executive leadership, and entrepreneurial ventures. I’ve revitalized congregations, overseen multimillion‑dollar human‑services programs, coached leaders through transition, and built community initiatives that foster belonging and generational impact. Through it all, I’ve learned that leadership is never just about strategy, it’s about people, purpose, and the courage to keep becoming.

I’m joyfully married to my wife, KaZonté, and together we share a blended family of eight children and twelve grandchildren who remind us daily why legacy and Kingdom impact matter.
